Patcher Keymapper missing notes

Hi,
I'm having an issue for live performance using the Key Mapper in the Patcher plugin. I'm using Key Mapper to play 5ths on two different synths (omnisphere & addictive keys) simultaneously. For the most part, this works great, except that it misses notes occasionally (maybe 1 out of 20 notes). It will still play one note of the dyad, but one note will be missing, affecting both synths. "Cut itself" has been disabled on the patcher channel. Adjusting the polyphony on Omnisphere doesn't make a difference and I haven't been able to max out the polyphony on Addictive Keys. Is there a setting I'm missing that could cause Key Mapper to fail to play all of the notes? Oh and Key Mapper's multi mode is set to "all".
