Here is my configuration :
- Laptop with Windows 10
- FL Studio 12.5.1
- Intel i7-4700MQ
- 16 Go RAM
- 512 SSD
- Nvidia 740M
My CPU is not working at all, but I looked at my GPUs (the iGPU from the CPU, and the graphic card) and now I understand why!
The vectorial version of FL Studio is using a lot the GPU inside the CPU (the HD Graphics 4600), but not the dedicated GPU (Nvidia GeForce GT 740M).
I tried :
- To force the use of the GPU (Right click on the .exe > use with 740M : nothing. Put the Nvidia as default GPU for all the system : nothing.
- Disable the Options > General > Advanced > Force High Performance Mode : nothing.
- Disable the intel GPU : nothing (the GPU is not in the Task Manager, but the 740M is doing nothing, and the CPU is working a more than 40%, still doing nothing)
I want to record my voice with FL Studio but I can't because of the noise!
What can I do? Do you see the same thing when you look at the task manager?
Thank you for your help.
