Project's size multiplied and sound cutting off

Hi! I've got a problem with my project, which multiplied size of the project by itself according the picture. I have not added anything big plugins, except for the "Switch smart disable for all plugins" function. I got second error as well, so there is a picture in the end.

The project has worked normally without interruptions before the macro "switch smart disable for all plugins" had turned on. After that sound started cut off intermittently - when the song starts, it goes well a moment - then comes a little bit break and it goes again. Places of cut offs are not the same, it does not matter where the song starts it will always make a cut offs. The break is not very long, just a small. Furthermore, a one synth started work incorrectly - always the first time after open the project the synth does not sounds correctly - it does not play with filter, but after the second play it works right. Amount of underruns increases for one when the cut off happens.

A new thing is also a text "saving FX channel 1 of 127" during saving project. This has never shown before, and this occurred along with others.

I tried to play a few hours older backup, which worked fine a moment, but not anymore. The same problems occurred.
