Trial Unlock

This time when I go to unlock my license, it still defaults to trial mode when it reopens, it asks me to unlock my license again. I have also tried unlocking it offline and it still defaulting to trial mode when it reopens.

It also says on my account in my notifications on my dashboard 'you have 1 system notification: your account has expired.

I purchased it online and have read that I should get lifetime updates.
