Importing a .wav into FL Studio from another program

Ok, so all I want to do is simple record my vocals over beats. This is turning out to be a hell of a lot more complicated than it should be, so I give up on trying it in FL Studio. If you would like to read about it, click https://support.image-line.com/action/t ... ?id=116117

Thankfully, my FREE recording program audacity never gives me these troubles, and can manage to record my vocals and synthesizer through my line in device (a physical mixer), into my recording program. How do I simply transfer the audio wave from audacity, my vocals, into FL Studio so I can finally finish my music. I would be so incredibly happy and thankful if someone could help me!!
