Wav file sounds different after export- Velocity question

When I render my song to a wav file it sounds different than what I am listening to in FL Studio 9. What might be the problem? Rendering should give you wyhiwyg (what you hear is what you get :-) ).

Also, how do I change the velocity on one note (that lasts 4 measures) so that it starts out very low then ends very loud. Thanks a lot.
