Downloader gui behaviour problem

Hello, the Downloader is weird. I'm using Toxic Biohazard in Reaper, when I save a program the downloader doesn't refresh (I tried the refresh button but nothing) and when I close the downloader the entire Reaper application dissapear one second. It seems pretty unstable, it didn't crashed although

I never save my patches, so it's the first time I see this.
