Pitch only works with fl plugins

After installing fl studio 9.0.3. My Pitch bend on any vst that is not related to fl studio does not work. It will only use the default 2 even if i have it set at 12 or anything..it will only play at 2 . I tried a basic fl studio plugin and adjusted it to 12 and it works but no luck with anyother vst. I tried it at 12 on other vst's but you can only hear the pitch bend at 2. anyone else having problems with this? I have alot of projects that i did in the fl studio 8 that used it at 12 but it will only bend at 2...very sad...please help
