Download Manager Issue

So I'm trying to download the last few instruments from Virazdin, and my download manager got stuck on installing a vibraphone. Even if I restart the whole program and restart my download, it begins installing the vibraphone again, and it doesn't seem to make any progress!!! I tried reinstalling the download manager itself, but it doesn't seem to make a difference -- every time I try downloading an item, the manager switches to installing the vibraphone. If I press "cancel" or try to pause the download, it freezes and eventually shuts down. Please help!
