"FL Studio Asio" Not Appearing in Device List

I want to switch to FL's internal Asio, but it doesn't appear in the list of audio devices. If I use the ASIO4ALL device, my computer can't play sound from anything but FL Studio. How do I get the "FL Studio Asio" device to appear in the audio device list?
