all plugins replaced with sampler channels?

I was working on a project (let's call it flp A) then I went to load a different project (flp B).
While switching from flp A to flp B I got an error message that said:

" An Error occurred while opening the FLP file. it may be corrupted or some plugin caused an error while opening "

FL then crashed. When I restarted the program and tried to load the initial project flp A, it loaded, but all the plugin channels
I was using except for one Nexus channel got changed into sampler channels and all of my effects were removed.
None of the plugins were demos (Kontakt, 3xosc, Sytrus) and some of the other plugin channels were also Nexus but still got changed into
sampler channels.

My question is,
is there anyway for me to recover the file in its previous state before everything got changed and
has this ever happened to anyone before?
