FPC dowmload manager error

Hi. I am new to FL Studuio. The problem I am having is when I try to downlaod an online drumkit(which is highlighted white) I get an error message that says "error Bad Login". Can someone please assist me in fixing this problem? I have the signature bundle so I believe I do have access to quite a few downloads. Thanks!
