SQL ERROR [ postgres ]
Errno 2: pg_connect() [function.pg-connect]: Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server: could not connect to server: Connection refused Is the server running on host "cherry-db.image-line.com" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 6543? []
An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.
Been happening a few times over last few weeks.
