Knobs behaving strangely

Hi

I feel pretty dumb right now. All the knobs behave very strangely... I searched the Manual as I am pretty sure I accidentally activated some mode but I couldn't find anything...
If I try to turn a knob by clicking and holding it with the mouse nothing happens until I release the mouse, then it jumps to 0, Alt + Click still puts it into the default state, I can only move the knob by holding my mouse over it and turning the mouse wheel... I know this happened to me already some months back...

(While I am writing this I restarted the project, it now seems to be fixed. I'd still like to know what the hell I did there...)
