Allen and Heath Xone 4D not playing 4 decks?!?!?!

So I recently upgraded my 3d to a 4d, love it. I have a new and old version of DD. In version 1.92 all for channels in the 4d are functional. I independently ran deck A through each ch w/t no issues. In the latest release of DD I can only run audio through ch 1/2 even though the decks are assigned as follows A-1/2, B-3/4, C-5/6 & D-7/8. DD recognizes that the 4d is there and is even telling me that the decks are assigned properly but all audio comes through ch 1/2. Help! Also, is there a way to remove the master deck in syncing? I tried turning on/off global elastic in setup. Cheers
