several issues with dd 2.25 and behringer cmd pl-1

dear image line team,

i had a lot of fun with older versions of deckadance. but since i upgraded to 2.25 (standard version), several issues came up:

- when scanning for attached controllers, dd doesn't find the behringer cmd pl-1 anymore.
- with the version before, i had different lightnings on my controller buttons. this is gone as well.
- before, i was able to link a knob on my controller to e.g. "playlist down". this link was stable even when i switched the deck control from 1 to 2. now, the link is available for one deck only. is there a way to permanently link a knob to one deckadance function, and the link is available even when switching deck controls?
