Deckadance not working as vst

I accidentally posted this in the wrong fourm the first time, so i am going to try here

I am trying to use Deckadance inside FL Studio as a vst But when ever i bring up deckadance in fl studio, no tracks will play from deckadance. i cant seem to figure out how to fix this.
I should add that this happens on 2 out of three computers i own. interestingly enough, it is the weaker of the 3 machines that has no problems doing what i want but i need

the computers are as follows

4gb ram
intel i5 3rd gen 2.8 ghz
500gb hdd
intel hd 4000 graphics

custom built rig
4gb ram
amd athalon 2 x2 2.8 ghz
500 gb hdd

intel core 2 duo 1.8 ghz
4gb ram
nvidia nvs quatro 295
1tb hdd

the biggest issue is that the two machines where deckadance does not function as a vst are the ones that i need it to work on.
