cant get deckadance to register

hi i have a mix free kit just purchased it, i am using a mac os 10.8.2 i have installed the software from the disc supplied, installed the drivers and all of the serial numbers i have then got my mix free midi interface to connect and it works fine my problem is the software keeps saying not registered and cuts out i have tried deckadance on the disc which is le version and deckadance 2 both dont register.

i have registered the product on the web site and it has accepted my serial number and shows my licence i have also gone into my library preferences and installed the .reg file into the image-line folder all with no change still saying demo mode i even tried the IL installer it said the product is registered but when the software le or v2 were opened they both say demo mode. also tried the settings tab in the software and clicked register it then opens a window asking for direction to the .reg file i send it to the file and click ok and once again no change

Please Help i am stuck
