I've read the manual. many times. (In fact I used 4 hours yesterday battling with the computer/cables and manual) I've tried changing the settings to no avail.
(I've installed the software on my Desktop, I got the software working and I mixed from the compuer using the mouse on the screen, but none of the buttons on the SYNC PCM-1 work. There is light on the buttons, but they don't affect the screen when i move them.) This is very frustrating that it won't work (even on my desktop which has easily enough "computer power")
In the settings, in the manual, I can see that in the "active midi inputs" box I should 'check' the SYNQ-PCM.1 ... but that is not an option when I run it on my desktop. It ONLY offers "USB-audio unit".
