Is the Herc RMX even worth it?

Still trying to get this thing configured the way I want it. Currently Running DD in ASIO, Audio Interface set to RMX ASIO, latency at 192. RMX set to ASIO at 192 as well. Running two decks to RMX inputs 1/2 & 3/4. The only way I get sound with this configuration is to run RMX output 1/2 to my PC input, then to my monitors. I get a TON of feedback, especially with the LEDS blinking. Is there a better configuration? I thought the USB would act as the MIDI input AND output for the RMX. If I unplug RMX output 1/2 the noise pretty much goes away.
