I've learnt the keyboard for 5 years and guitar for 2 but yes, clearly I DO lack the understanding of basic production methods.

Thanks again bro ;D
Well playing can only help so much sometimes...

Nice synth part. It's actually really cool but sounds really DRY. Add some effects to it, make it sound more full and more aggressive.

1:00-1:29
This part sounds so basic and sort of dull... Maybe a more interesting synth patch? Again, sounds dry.

1:30-1:58
Interesting harmonies, but I think this may have came by trial and error rather than pure intention. Do you understand enough harmonic concepts to explain what your intention was here compositional wise? I hear the root motion, and it's fine but the notes you add on top of that contributed to some interesting sounds, but be careful not to step way out of your tonal center, and if you leave it make sure it's coherent to the overall tonality of the section or piece as a whole.

This section:
Chords used: A(sus) - A - F - Em Harmonic analysis: V(sus) - V - bIII - ii = this does not make sense!
Okay, this would be a great place for a line cliche so I think you should try this for bass notes:
A - A - F - G
And the top notes over the bass:
D - C# - C - B The chromatic motion makes a great motivic theme and sounds awesome. Commonly known as a line cliche.

Up to you, just a suggestion to make a more coherent chord progression.

1:59-Ending
The middle section where the "melody" comes in is EXTREMELY questionable, and sounds "incorrect" because of some awkward out-of-key. It's not a strong melody or a good short phrase that's repeatable. Why don't you try the line cliche and make a melody over that?

Again, totally up to you, but that's my two cents :)
If you do decide to try those things, please re-upload!
