Playlist tools functions improvment

In playlist when i'm in slip tool please make all the draw tool functions available too .. it is frustrating not to be able to do shift+arrows to move playlist clips in slip tool without changing to a draw tool. Also clip resizing in slip tool is unnecessary different from draw tool and so unusable.. We should have control over that simple options without changing the tool in the middle of the process.
