Keyboard Controller Suggestions

Hi:

I have a couple of suggestions that I think would greatly enhance the Key Board Controller's already excellent usefulness.

First, add more internal controllers that can be controlled via the Piano roll Event Editor. Currently, there are two:
Kb Ctrl - Note
Kb Ctrl - Velocity

So maybe something like:
KbCtrl - Aux 1
KbCtrl - Aux 2
.
.
.
KbCtrl - Aux 1024

Hm. 2**10 is probably overkill, but you get the idea.

Secondly, allow Slides to work in the Keyboard Controller. Slides in instrument Piano Rolls allow for powerful interpolation of parameters, not just pitch. It would be useful if the Keyboard Controller had the ability to interpolate via slides, as well.
