FLstudio 11 very slow locating each plugin on new sessions

FLstudio 11 is slow like hell locating the plugins and loading them in my system

while the 10 is mostly instantly opening the plugins i want, the flstudio 11 it wastes minutes "locating" the same plugins in the same directory

something is not right... because by definition the FL10 is much more faster, even when i start the computer right in the morning, it takes much less time to open instances
