A cleaner feature request system?

This is no idea for FL Studio features, but the To Do - forum. I am not sure, how good this actual system is for the developers, but maybe there could be an option for a cleaner system. Maybe the option to just add a similar request once, but (similar to the thread-vote option) vote for it. It could also give a better overview about what the users really want most. The actual "To Do" forum seems a bit unmanagable (at least to me).

It's just a little idea I just had and I wanted to share it.
