[SOLVED] Scroll window/control under mouse even if inactive

I don't know how difficult this would be to do, but it would be really convenient if we could simply move the mouse pointer over, say, the browser and scroll directly without having to click it first. The same idea would apply to everything else that responds to scroll wheel events, including plugin knobs/faders and any other FL Studio window. Reaper has an option for this and it's definitely a good thing.

The problem with having to click first before you can scroll is that, besides taking an extra click, things like the browser make very efficient use of the screen real estate, which means that no matter where you click you'll be triggering some sort of command, even if it is something as simple as expanding a node in the tree.

Actually, this is already possible in FL Studio but only within the confines of the active window. For example, in the mixer, it is possible to scroll a fader and then scroll another fader without having to click it first. So if this could be extended to not only the active window but also other FL Studio windows.
