32 bit and 64 bit plugins should have separate listings.
32 and 64 bit exes should import original settings but have SEPARATE settings between them. If I mark a 64 bit plugin as a favorite it will show this plugin in 32 bit.
This is impossible to organize currently outside of making this huge division in the plugin picker which gets chaotic super quick.
