when part A & B are linked we need to undo knob tweaks twice, 2 automations are recorded, A & B knobs have to be linked to the same automation clips to move together etc
it would be nice if all of these counted as one. could be done via a master/slave mode, where the slave part follows everything that's done to the master part, but don't count as edits.
an optional envelope link would be cool too. because sometimes you don't need the same envelope on linked A and B, and sometimes you do (e.g. with stereo resynthesis) and it's easy to forget to "copy to part A/B".
