Easy VST categorization

Currently, the process is a bit tedious (IMHO). The warning asks us to actually open the VST, open the correct tree node in the new plugin browser and then add to favorites.
Instead, we could have a drag and drop plugin manager such as this, which will also eliminate the need for deep scanning altogether.

- Drag and drop the found VST to correct node in either the Generator Categories browser of the Effect Categories browser
- Dragging a node from the ALL FOUND browser should NOT remove if from the browser, but colorize it in a way (dimmer), to indicate it's categorized.
- A plugin "should" be allowed to appear under multiple categories, across generators and effects (think FM8 as an effect)
- Some node editing features, like renaming a category node, creating subcategory nodes etc.
- No need to load plugins this way, lots of clicks and time saved.
- Similarly, memory loading for checking instrument or effect becomes unnecessary - our discretion suffices :)

Sorry, image editing is not my thing, but here goes anyway:
