I'm aware that it's already possible to emulate a sync effect through Sytrus's FM (see the .fst), but I think it would be great to have a dedicated sync matrix for Sytrus.
A little explanation:
[1,2] OP 1 is being synced by OP 2.
[1,3] OP 1 is being synced by OP 3, because OP 2 is being synced by OP 3.
[2,1] OP 2 is already being used to sync OP 1, so OP 2 can't be synced by OP 1.
