FPC update

I like fpc, it's simple and easy to work with, but it's lacking just a few features that could take it to the next level.. IMO these would make it my drum plugin of choice

-filter per pad
-sample offset automation
-x/y mod for the above two
-a simple eq per layer, which would consist of an HP and LP filter.. often you need these when layering samples.


and that's it really.. this would make fpc a much more attractive choice for me. right now I'm using Battery.. it's great but it's a big beast and I hate the fact that I can't take advantage of x/y per note automation.
