dock patcher tabs to the sides or corners of it's interface
It'd actually be very nice to dock a control surface window (or the editors rack <.< ) to the left, right, top, or bottom, with dividers for re-sizing the docked windows individually. While we work on routing in patcher, we have the control surface right there in the same window (useful when we are in an environment without midi controllers, like on a plane) It being in the same window just means there's one less window to fiddle with. Perhaps if our beloved "rack" tab ever comes back, we could dock that to a side as well. This would allow us to manage many editor interfaces in one consolidated environment, a workflow option i found invaluable in FL 11.
