FR: Controller link mapping curve

As an addition to the superb mapping formula feature, how about adding a "Mapping curve" expansible section like this?:

The mapping formula saves time if you want a sine-wave relationship, which would be difficult to draw by hand, but if you just want to quickly link 2 parameters to one controller and have each respond over a different linear range (the most typical scenario), doing this with a formula is less intuitive. It's easier and more intuitive to move points on a graph with the mouse. In Bitwig they have something like this but it only supports linear ranges, so this feature would seriously rival Bitwig.

Last but not least, it would be nice to have the ability to preview controller links before clicking the OK button, to encourage experimentation. Even if mapping curves are never implemented, it would still be nice to at least be able to preview the formula before clicking OK, otherwise people simply avoid using it because it's too much of a hassle.
