I think that FLstudio and Minihost need to have 2 different configuration files and favorite plugin folder for each 32 and 64 bit version.
I have configured Minihost and FLS to point on my 64bit plugins. But 32 bit version point on those plugins too, which is useless, and Minihost doesn't have a 64/32 bit bridge, so it show a bunch of unusable plugins in 32 bit mode.
You could install both version, but they share the same configuration. :/ Not really handy
