'Enable groups' function

Hi,

I propose some changes to the Options > 'Enable groups' function.

• Remove entry under Options
• Add entry under Piano Roll menu > Group (is more apparent)
• Add entry under Playlist menu > Group (is more apparent)
• Possibly separate switches for Piano Roll and Playlist
• Update description in manual (see here: http://forum.image-line.com/viewtopic.p ... 8#p1199038)
