Hello, here's something I though about many times: a new compact view used to simply visualize the waveform. This could be a compact view for limiter, or a new visualization mode for Wave Candy (its oscilloscope doesn't have such large time window and such clear way of seeing the waveform -filled colour, not just a line)
Many many times I use Fruity Limiter to simply visualize the waveform, its peaks, and I use the ceil to find the dB peak values and to see if something exceeds it (similar to Guide lines in Photoshop).
One of the main problems is that the upper part of the visualizer is almost always empty and steals a lot of space.
If this visualizer would have also the ability to zoom vertically, we could then get rid of the empty space and optimize the waveform view in any situation.
