Playlist Lane Locking

There need to be better locking options/features for playlist lanes. Currently you can drop audio on the the playlist lane header and it creates a "locked" lane, but you can easily drag and drop other clips into these locked lanes, which defeats the purpose of locking it in the first place.

Would be nice to have ability to set permissions for Playlist lanes that:
(1) is based on:
(a) one or more audio clip, automation clip, or pattern clip; and/or
(b) mixer track assignment (e.g., only permit audio clips or pattern clips with generators assigned to a particular mixer track) which can be inclusive or exclusive (i.e., can be set to permit any pattern with a generator with midi data on that mixer track either with other generators on other mixer tracks or only if that pattern has data only for generators on that mixer track); and/or
(c) pattern clips containing midi data from one or more specified generators can be inclusive or exclusive (i.e., can be set to permit any pattern containing the specified generator either with other generators or only if that pattern has data only for that generator)

(2) prevents clips not permitted from being dropped or inserted in the lane. Option for prompt to come up if you attempt to drop a clip not permitted in the lane, which asks:
(a) add to permission;
(b) insert subgroup lane with this clip;
(c) insert new lane with this clip; or
(d) cancel.

(3) has a command from right clicking header to insert locked subgrouped lanes for each permission if multiple permissions exist in a particular lane

Why? The current lock system doesn't really lock things out from being dropped in a locked lane, and doesn't really work consistently with painting or drawing only the locked content in that lane. Sometimes you just want the ability to lock a lane completely down from anything else.
