New features Parametric EQ 2

These additional features for a new Parametric EQ 2 version (or maybe EQ 3) would be very awesome:

- switch between Left/Right and Mid/Side EQ
- set for the background a spectrum analyzer (pre & post)
- different latency options (natural phase, linear phase, zero latency)
(- a version (filter version) the plugin has a low and a high pass as standard instead of the shelves )
