As i'm constantly working with edison in my projects for resampling sounds there is a missing feature-expansion that could be very handy when it comes to jam recording inside FL Studio.
I'd like to see an Option in Edison to automatically Set a marker at each start of audio input after recording-pause (in "input"-recording mode the recording automatically pauses during silence and resumes on audio input)
This could work in two ways:
Ü
1. Setting Markers non-realtime with the gate feature: edison sets a marker on every peak/transient that is ABOVE the threshold - this offers much more Flexibility When autoslicing Samples.
2. Realtime when in recording mode: edison puts a marker on audio input after each pause
This would be a HUGE Timesaver as i can click through every "take" i did, deleting the bad ones by just double clicking on the marker instead of clicking through the audio waveforms guessing where i started a new take .. as it is now.
Regards,
Marc

Try 'Tools > Trim all noise and slice up'.

that would be one solution, but this feature do...
