how to humanize and how to link TOOL to controller

Hi

1) What are the best methods to humanize a part in FL Studio, assuming that the step sequencer enters notes at 100% quantized position on the grid? in other words how do you un-quantize those notes to your liking?

2) I've managed to link plugin parameters to an external controller but is it possible to link piano roll TOOL parameters to controller e.g. Quantize sensitivity knob? Right-clicking on this does nothing.
