For the past couple of weeks, I have tried connecting my new Sparrow 4x100 midi controller to FL Studio, but keep encountering the same problem. The only fader that works for me is the one that is mapped to MIDI CC#1, and all others such as CC#11, #21, and #7 do not work. I have tried the MIDI learn function, but nothing seems to work. When I try using the fader that is connected to MIDI CC#1, I get an orange dial icon in the top left corner, but when I use the others, I get a dial with a green question mark. I have already contacted the maker of this product, and we both confirmed that it is not a controller issue, but a software issue. Please help. Thank you!
