AI Master Button Greyed out - tried all troubelshooting

I have been trying to use the free mastering service but the button is greyed out - it recommends i log in to master the track
I have created an fl cloud account and it confirms i have access to the free features.
I have installed the latest update, restarted the program and renewed my licence but it still hasn't worked.
I have removed the licence from the pc and then re signed back in and it still isn't working.

I have done the above steps numerous times and have restarted my pc.

Any ideas?
