Fruity Video Player is slow..

When using fruity video player the video is very slow compared to the music I have created behind. Almost like it’s lagging. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or that’s just the way it is. It’s very hard to get anything on point when working with music to picture. I use regular video player and I’ve used Logic Pro X and video runs smooth no lag or slowness. So I know it’s not the video.

Let me know if there’s any fixes plz!
