You can move multiple selected mixer or playlist tracks with shift + scroll wheel, but not channel rack channels. Instead you have to do a different alt + up or down. It's small, yet it's confused me several times and I don't see why there would be this difference. Shouldn't the playlist, mixer and channel rack all move the same way?
In the video I'm using shift + scroll wheel.
