HI instead of just having a marker highlight the scaled notes in the piano roll, why not combine it with the limit tool to auto force notes into that scale with one click? and perhaps just move the whole thing to tools instead of a marker?
As Im typing this too, there is also the typing keyboard notes settings. All of this should be pulled into one tool.
