Vocal Remover - Isolation Tips Please

Hi there - The FL Stem function is 80% good.

Is there anyway of removing vocals please?
Is it just a matter of manually filtering and splicing?

I have a piece of music, and there are a lot of Ohh and ahhs from the Female backing singers, which I cant seem to remove.
If I remember, much of the vocals is below 144Khz

Any Tips please?
