2024 Tempo mapping.

So I want to just briefly ask mostly for the devs if there has been any progress at all on implementing tempo mapping behind the scenes and if it might be expected this year. I have been asking about this since around 2015, maybe even before that and the answer has always been we are working on it, its hard, it needs things to be fixed under the hood before we can do it. well its been nearly a decade and I am curious as someone who records a lot of music that is not strictly fixed to a tempo or click when we will be able to tempo map so the click follows the performance rather than the other way around. This is something that has stopped FL from being my main DAW for years and stopped me from recommending FL to a lot of people who do serious composition work in many genres.
Time Changing gradually and drifting to set mood and feel is so fundamental to so much music to lack the ability to do this is preventing FL from being a real powerhouse in a bunch of genres.

I get that its a it will be done when its done attitude but it has been a decade and I would value this feature more that auto-mixing and plugins and sound banks and graphics and workflow updates. All that is nice, its fun, its flashy but none of it make FL more capable as a tool when I'm working on a mix from a great singer songwriter, Jazz band, Folk Singer or classical score that has time based expression as a fundamental component of the music. Being able to take something that is meant to be on tempo and fit it to a fixed tempo is great when its needed but sometimes that is the opposite of what is needed.

TLDR: Is there any progress on implementing tempo mapping as a feature that is in any way closer than it was in 2015?
