Chromatic sample playback with complex envelopes?

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is a native FL plug-in that can take a one-shot sample and play it chromatically across the keyboard, while also providing complex modulation/envelope control for amplitude and filter - like you see in Sytrus, etc.

Harmor seemed promising to me since it can resynthesize samples, but I can't tell if there's a way to make it do "simple" time/pitch stretching as you move across the keyboard, instead of the more complex resynthesis it naturally does.

Slicex also seemed promising, but I don't think it has a mode for chromatic keyboard playback.

If no FL native plugins can do this - there's an idea for Sampler 2 I suppose - but are there 3rd party plugins that can do this?
