Best sound card for FL studio?

ok, so i have a realtek hd audio sound card on windows xp(it came built in on compaq amd64) . My volume for my headphone jack on front panel is either on or off whenever i turn on my pc.

it's very annoying sometimes it will work if i restart but other times no. so i tried to update the driver but realtek's website is absolute garbage!

plus my current project is pushing the limit of the s card to the point of the crackling popping sounds in my song, yes i do have asio4all already!

so i figured it is time for a new sound card! any recommendations please!

i dont want to spend over 130$ but if there is any outstanding sound cards compatible with fl please tell me regardless of price. Thanks
