Hi everyone !
Lately i've been fascinated by the way a vocoder work.
Thanks to the great Vocodex help file, i finally understood the mechanism of vocoding and decided to try it. I don't know how to code, so i made it directly inside of FL, using mainly the PEQ2, the peak controller, the formula controller and the very flexible "link to controller" feature of FL.
It's a 16 band stereo vocoder with a Width, Tension and Decay setting, a Pitch Shift, a Mod Pass-Through and a per-band EQ !
Of course it sound nothing like Vocodex, or any professional vocoder, it's just a for-the-fun demonstration of the amazing possibilities of FL Studio !
I attached a MP3 demo, a screenshot and the FLP.
Any feedback will be appreciated
Enjoy !
